2023 Chicken & Chips Night
Our final Association track function for the year was a Chicken n' Chips Night which coincided with the Matildas' World Cup Semi-Final Match against England.
The event had a great response with around 50 members attending the Association Meeting and then staying for some "Unbelievable Chicken... and Awesome Chips" which were devoured and washed down with a soft drink before the start of the Matildas' match. ESPN sources state that the roar that came from Phillip Oval when Sam Kerr scored in the second half could be heard in Tuggeranong!
